Liability Release:

Detailing involves chemical and mechanical treatment of surfaces; pre-existing issues (weak clear coat, prior repairs, aftermarket trim, embedded contamination, latent defects) may be exposed or worsened. Company is not liable for these, normal wear, manufacturer defects, or prior repair damage.

Some stains, odors, or sun damage may not fully remove — no guarantee of full removal is provided.

Company is not liable for loose or damaged trim, mirrors, antennas, or weatherstripping that pre-existed service.

Customer must remove valuables before service; Company is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items left in the vehicle.

Company is not liable for pre-existing leaks, electrical issues, mechanical issues, or interior moisture revealed during cleaning.

Service Location, Water Access & Weather:

Customer grants access to the vehicle at the service address, and is responsible for the surface's suitability. Company is not liable for minor residue, staining, or runoff on porous surfaces (unsealed concrete, asphalt, pavers, stone) resulting from standard products or rinse water.

Service is weather-dependent; Company may reschedule for rain, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions.

Payment:

Full payment is due on completion, before the technician departs, unless prearranged. Accepted payment methods: cash, card, or other methods offered at time of service.

A deposit may be required and is non-refundable in the case of late cancellation or no-show.

Cancellations made under 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may incur a fee and/or forfeit the deposit.

Quoted prices are estimates. Price may be adjusted if the vehicle's actual condition (excess trash, pet hair, mud, biohazard, etc.) requires added time, labor, or product; the customer will be notified before any extra work proceeds.

A late payment fee may apply to unpaid balances; declined or returned payments may incur a processing fee.

Photography:

Photos and video may be taken focusing on the vehicle and work performed; personal information (property, license plates, addresses, identifying details, or exact location) is excluded or cropped/blurred before any external use.

Images kept for internal quality assurance or dispute records may include incidental background needed for that purpose and are not shared externally.

By booking a service with MYCAR Mobile Detail, the customer consents to before/after photos and video being taken for quality documentation and internal records. Use of vehicle images for marketing or social media purposes is optional and will only occur with the customer's separate, explicit consent, obtained at time of booking.

Indemnification:

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company, its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, or expenses arising from pre-existing conditions, undisclosed defects, or items left in the vehicle — except where caused by Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Vehicle Key & Operation Policy

By booking a service, the customer authorizes MYCAR Mobile Detail to take possession of the vehicle's keys/key fob solely for the purpose of accessing, unlocking, and preparing the vehicle for detailing services. At no time will MYCAR Mobile Detail or its technicians operate, drive, shift gears, or otherwise move the vehicle under its own power. All detailing services will be performed with the vehicle stationary, in the location where it is parked at the time service begins.

If relocation of the vehicle is required to complete the service (e.g., due to sunlight, weather, or space constraints), the customer will be asked to move the vehicle themselves prior to service, or service may be rescheduled.

MYCAR Mobile Detail carries General Liability and Customer Property Protection coverage for damage occurring while a vehicle is in our care during the performance of services. This policy does not extend to vehicle operation, and no such operation will take place under any circumstances.

By booking a service with MYCAR Mobile Detail, the customer acknowledges and agrees to

the terms outlined above.
